- Active Registered Nurse license in South Carolina
- Direct experience working with pediatric populations
- Background in school nursing is highly valued
- Demonstrated expertise in caring for students with tracheostomy (Trach) and G-tube needs
- Comfortable with G-tube suctioning and tube feeding procedures
- Excellent communicator, proficient at organizing and documenting care
- Collaborative spirit and ability to partner effectively with other educators and aides
- Provide daily medical care to two elementary students within the same classroom
- Perform all necessary Trach and G-tube care, including real-time response to urgent needs
- Work closely with two teacher aides, ensuring seamless, team-based support
- Monitor and carefully track student health outcomes, partnering with staff to encourage student wellbeing
- Communicate regularly with families and staff to coordinate consistent, top-tier care
