Desired Qualifications And Experience
- Current, active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- BLS and PALS certifications required
- Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Proven commitment to patient safety, infection control, and compassionate care
- Deliver patient-centered care for critically ill pediatric and progressive care patients
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient status accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and allied health staff to implement effective patient care plans
- Respond rapidly and effectively to emergency situations
