Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in both the Pre/Post-operative and interventional procedure areas.
- Float effectively between the Pre/Post area and various procedure rooms, adapting swiftly to clinical demands.
- Manage patient monitoring and support during interventional radiology procedures, adhering to safety and care protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain efficient workflow and optimize patient outcomes.
- Fulfill On-Call duties including two weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and one weeknight per month as part of the clinical support schedule.
- Current RN license with verified experience in Interventional Radiology nursing.
- Proficiency in patient assessment, procedural assistance, and post-procedure monitoring.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-tech interventional environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to float between procedure and Pre/Post areas during a 40-hour workweek.
