Radiology Technologist - Mishawaka, Indiana

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1 years X-Ray experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule

• 3 shifts per week
• 12-hour shifts, weekend nights

Required Qualifications

• Current certification by ARRT(R) as a Radiologic Technologist
• Active Indiana (IN) state radiology license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in imaging, specifically X-ray modalities
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
• High attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality diagnostic X-ray examinations with a patient-centered approach
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and the broader care team to capture required images and contribute to accurate diagnoses
• Maintain imaging equipment, ensure proper operation, and troubleshoot as needed
• Adhere strictly to radiation safety guidelines and infection control protocols to protect patient and staff well-being
• Accurately document images, procedures, and patient records in accordance with facility standards
