Pharmacy Manager - Simi Valley, CA

This opportunity is for an Interim Oncology Pharmacy Supervisor responsible for overseeing the operations of the Oncology Infusion Center. This role includes supervision of a dedicated team of six pharmacy professionalsthree pharmacists and three pharmacy techniciansand holding the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) responsibilities. The position reports directly to the Director of Pharmacy, ensuring smooth and compliant daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily activities of the Oncology Infusion Center pharmacy team
• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with leadership to implement and uphold oncology pharmacy protocols
• Ensure adherence to USP standards and oncology infusion workflows
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Active California Pharmacist License is required
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacist experience in oncology infusion settings
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) certification is highly desired
• Proven leadership and operational management capabilities
• Strong knowledge of USP guidelines and oncology infusion procedures
