Key Responsibilities:
- Verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and patient safety
- Supervise pharmacy technicians, supporting workflow and training
- Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to optimize pharmacotherapy
- Utilize pharmacokinetics principles for dosing adjustments and monitoring
- Operate and manage Meditech Magic, Vigilanz, Dose Edge, and Pyxis systems
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia pharmacist license is required
- Proven experience in hospital pharmacy practice, preferably in trauma or critical care settings
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
