Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - Norfolk, Virginia

An opportunity is available for a Per Diem Pharmacist to support a retail and long-term care pharmacy setting in Hampton, VA. This role requires dedication to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical services during scheduled shifts throughout January 2026.

Schedule

• Thursdays to Fridays and Mondays to Fridays, January 15 through January 30, 2026
• Daily hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (8.5 hours per shift)
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and clinical staff
• Fill prescription orders accurately, ensuring availability for pharmacist verification
• Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and properly storing pharmacy supplies
• Process wholesaler medication orders efficiently and maintain documentation compliance
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Active Virginia pharmacy license
• Experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy environments is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality
