This role involves delivering excellent outpatient and retail pharmacy services at a newer location with manageable prescription volume and dedicated technician support.
Responsibilities:
- Filling and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Conducting patient consultations to provide medication counseling
- Managing pharmacy technicians and daily operations
- Providing immunizations (NYS immunization privilege required)
- Opening and closing the pharmacy with adherence to protocols
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Licensed pharmacist in New York State with immunization privileges
- Retail pharmacy experience, including opening and closing responsibilities
- Familiarity with Rx30 pharmacy software is highly preferred but not mandatory
- Comfortable working independently in a culturally unique and busy neighborhood setting
