A per diem pharmacist opportunity is available to provide relief support at a long-term care (LTC) pharmacy serving Mauston, Wisconsin. This role offers valuable experience working in a small LTC pharmacy environment alongside a dedicated pharmacist owner. The assignment runs from March 23 through April 1, 2026, with potential for additional PRN work throughout the year.

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense and package medications accurately for LTC patients
• Manage inventory and assist with timely delivery

• Active Wisconsin pharmacist license required
