Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Current or eligible Pennsylvania SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy settings
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and students
- Proficiency with IEP processes and assessments for speech and language disorders
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Utilize technology to deliver therapy via telepractice as needed
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities
