Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Aiken, SC

A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract position at an early childhood school in Aiken, SC, serving a mixed caseload of approximately 45 students. This role focuses on delivering speech-language therapy to early learners within an elementary school setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students, including early childhood learners
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy sessions
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication and learning goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Serve one elementary school site with direct student contact four days per week, eight hours per day
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina SLP License
• South Carolina Educators Certificate in Speech Language Pathology
• South Carolina LLR License
• Experience working in school settings, especially early childhood education, is preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 students with varied speech and language needs
