Desired Skills And Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in schools, early intervention, pediatric care, or teletherapy preferred
- Willingness to support SLP-CFY team members
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Commitment to individualized, evidence-based practice
- Provide early intervention services to children aged 12 months and older
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and track student progress
- Deliver therapy in-person and via teletherapy platforms as needed
- Work closely with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary professionals to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain timely, accurate records and reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
