- Providing evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for caseloads of no more than 60 students
- Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to create effective individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Using teletherapy options when applicable to enhance service delivery
- Maintaining clear documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Valid SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working with pediatric populations in schools or healthcare settings
- Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently and thoughtfully
- Familiarity with teletherapy modalities a strong plus
- Must hold Speech-Language Pathologist licensure appropriate for Ohio
