This contract position is focused on providing Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services within an elementary school setting from September 1, 2026, to June 15, 2027. The role entails a 32-hour workweek spread over four days, with working hours from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., supporting an elementary caseload in Amherst, NH.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid New Hampshire state license in SLP
- Experience with pediatric populations and school-based speech-language pathology services
- Knowledge in clinical fellowship year (CFY) preferred but not mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among elementary students
- Collaborate with educators and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state guidelines
- Deliver therapy services in alignment with best practices and school policies
