Key Responsibilities
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students across a diverse caseload, addressing a range of communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively when remote services are required.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives supporting student success.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings.
- Familiarity with delivering teletherapy services.
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while delivering individualized care.
- Completion or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and staff.
