A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Williamsburg, VA. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive communication services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade within a school-based setting following the academic calendar, from August 2026 to June 2027.

- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement IEP and 504 plan goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver both direct and indirect therapy services tailored to student needs
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress consistently
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to support and enhance student success
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license for SLP or eligibility to obtain licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and school-based populations strongly preferred
- Skills in teletherapy, healthcare, and clinical fellowship year (CFY) are advantageous
- Familiarity with school and healthcare environments, including SLPA collaboration
