Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Westfield, Massachusetts

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a full-semester contract at an elementary school in Westfield, MA. This role focuses on supporting students with speech and language development through direct therapy and collaboration with educators and families. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric speech therapy and be comfortable working in a school setting.

Key Qualifications

• Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience providing speech and language therapy to pediatric populations
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
• Strong knowledge of speech and language assessment and intervention strategies
• Ability to work effectively with school staff, students, and families
• Prior experience in a school environment preferred
  
  

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services to students in individual or group settings, including teletherapy as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports compliant with school and state regulations
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
