Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Racine, Wisconsin

A K-12 school in Racine, WI is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite support for students throughout the school year. This contract position requires delivering comprehensive speech and language services to diverse student populations, supporting their communication development and educational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments for students K-12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide direct therapy services aimed at improving speech, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress and integrate therapy goals into the classroom setting
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of services provided and student progress
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience working within school settings, preferably K-12
• Pediatric SLP expertise, especially within educational or healthcare environments
• Familiarity with teletherapy techniques is a plus but onsite service is required and prioritized
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to work effectively with students and school teams
