Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide direct therapy services aimed at improving speech, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress and integrate therapy goals into the classroom setting
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation of services provided and student progress
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working within school settings, preferably K-12
- Pediatric SLP expertise, especially within educational or healthcare environments
- Familiarity with teletherapy techniques is a plus but onsite service is required and prioritized
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to work effectively with students and school teams
