Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Hold or eligible for state SLP licensure and school credentials
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFYs) encouraged to apply
- Background in K-12 settings and/or pediatric caseloads highly valued
- Experience or interest in delivering teletherapy services
- Strong collaborative, communication, and documentation skills
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to a diverse K-12 student population
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
- Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders using evidence-based practices
- Maintain detailed records and reports to meet compliance and program requirements
- Engage with teachers, families, and other therapists to support student success both onsite and via teletherapy platforms as needed
- Full-time, contract-based stability with a varied caseload
