Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - San Antonio, Texas

This full-time Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) position offers an exciting opportunity to work with elementary and middle school students in San Antonio, TX for the upcoming school year. We have at least two openings available, welcoming candidates at various levels of their career, including SLP-Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA). This is a contracted role within a school setting, providing vital pediatric speech and language support to students.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations for children in elementary and middle school
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to pediatric needs
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions and student outcomes
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to individualized education program (IEP) development
  
  

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), SLP-Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF), or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Experience or interest in pediatric speech-language pathology within school environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with children and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to provide therapy services to elementary and middle school-age students
• Commitment to supporting students speech and language development throughout the school year
