Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Conducting screenings, evaluations, and assessments to inform individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Delivering speech-language therapy to students one-on-one and in small groups, both onsite and via teletherapy as needed
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress and facilitate communication goals
- Documenting progress, maintaining accurate records, and participating in IEP meetings
- Staying up-to-date on emerging best practices in autism-focused interventions
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for the state or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting, ideally with students on the autism spectrum
- Comfortable providing services via teletherapy alongside traditional in-person support
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
