Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- CCC or strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Expertise in school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Serve as a resource for teachers, families, and colleagues regarding student communication needs
- Maintain clear documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, interdisciplinary team discussions, and professional development opportunities
