Qualifications & Preferred Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- SLP-CCC or CFY candidates welcomed
- Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date)
- Previous experience working in pediatrics, schools, or healthcare settings highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and educational staff
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student success
- Maintain timely, accurate records in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate educational goals
