Shifts & Hours

Shifts & Hours
- Mostly night shifts, with some day shifts available
- Options for 36-hour and select 48-hour workweeks
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum one year of recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings
- Strong clinical skills in monitoring and responding to rapidly changing patient conditions
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must not live in or own property within 50 miles of the facility location
- Provide direct, high-quality patient care to adult populations requiring close observation and advanced nursing interventions
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and manage care for patients transitioning from critical to lower-acuity levels
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes in patient conditions promptly
- Deliver education to patients and families regarding post-acute needs and ongoing care
