Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations.
- Monitor patient vitals and condition throughout surgical interventions.
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols.
- Document all relevant patient and procedure information accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Respond promptly to emergencies within the OR setting.
- Current and valid RN license.
- Proven experience as an Operating Room Nurse (RN-OR).
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and aseptic techniques.
- Ability to function well under pressure and make critical decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
