Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room, supporting surgeries including ENT, dental, facial plastics, trauma, cochlear implants, and complex head and neck cancer procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with the surgical team in a level 1 trauma setting.
- Provide care to patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric.
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system for documentation.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to provided scrub policies.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of OR experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and AORN certification preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and strong patient orientation.
- Previous experience in ENT, trauma, pediatric care, and plastics is essential.
- 36 to 40 hours per week, available shifts include 7 am7:30 pm (36 hours) or 7 am5 pm (40 hours).
- Occasional weekend or on-call shifts may be required.
