This role supports inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and oncology care within a specialized clinical trials unit comprising 16 and 14-bed units. Focused on delivering high-quality patient-centered care, the position involves chemotherapy administration, stem cell therapy, and managing complex oncology cases.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for patients in BMT, stem cell therapy, chemotherapy, and oncology clinical trials settings.
- Administer chemotherapy safely and accurately following established protocols.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for thorough and timely charting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Float to other equivalent inpatient units as needed.
- Maintain patient ratios typically ranging from 1:5 to 1:6.
- Work 36 hours per week with three 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend.
- Minimum of 2 years RN experience in Med Surg, telemetry, PCU, BMT, or inpatient oncology.
- At least 1 year of travel nursing experience is required.
- 2 years of BMT experience.
- Certification in ONS Chemo or ONCC Chemo-Bio.
- Demonstrated experience with chemotherapy administration.
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR/charting.
