Key Qualifications
- Current, active Occupational Therapy (OT) license for South Carolina
- Previous experience supporting K-12 or pediatric caseloads preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple school sites and manage a caseload of approximately 45 students
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
- Committed to onsite service delivery
- Assessing and evaluating students’ needs to develop effective OT treatment plans
- Direct intervention at elementary and middle school levels
- Collaborating regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitoring progress, maintaining detailed records, and adjusting intervention strategies as needed
- Educating staff and parents on OT’s role in academic and functional success
- Contract position spanning from July 27, 2026, through May 28, 2027
- Service hours range between 35 and 37.5 hours per week
- All services provided onsite at several Lancaster-area schools
