Occupational Therapist School Setting in Visalia, CA

This full-time, contract opportunity is for an Occupational Therapist serving K-12 students in a school setting located in Visalia, CA. The position is scheduled for the current school year (CSY) and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to the needs of K-12 students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
• Participate in team meetings and support school-wide initiatives related to student health and development
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Occupational Therapist license
• Experience working in a school environment with K-12 students
• Strong understanding of pediatric occupational therapy and educational impact
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
