Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to develop individualized treatment plans that address each students specific needs.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including hands-on interventions and adaptive strategies, to support sensory processing, fine motor skills, and functional participation in the school environment.
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing special education and therapy services.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to goal setting and program planning.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant credentials for school-based therapy.
- Demonstrated expertise in pediatric OT within educational settings.
- Familiarity with teletherapy and home health occupational therapy modalities is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to supporting student success and adaptability to address diverse learning needs.
