Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Charlotte, NC

Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1 years Nuclear Medicine experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Rotating weekend on-call responsibilities
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Certification or registry as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT-N or NMTCB)
• Demonstrated proficiency in nuclear medicine procedures and imaging protocols
• Strong understanding of radiation safety and quality assurance standards
• Previous hospital-based imaging experience
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under fast-paced conditions
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

• Perform a range of nuclear medicine imaging studies according to physician orders, delivering precise and timely results
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients throughout imaging procedures
• Ensure proper operation, calibration, and maintenance of imaging equipment
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures, governing regulations, and facility guidelines
• Support patient education, preparation, and post-procedure care with professionalism and empathy
