Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1 years MRI experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment to generate diagnostic images as prescribed by physicians
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the imaging process
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines related to imaging and patient care
• Evaluate image quality and adjust scanning parameters for optimal results
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in accordance with facility procedures
• Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their concerns and explaining procedures
• Assist in maintaining imaging equipment and inventory as required
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MRI Technologist in a clinical or hospital setting
• Certification and registration as required by state and national standards (ARRT(MR) or equivalent)
• Proficiency in MRI imaging protocols and operation of MRI scanners
• Solid understanding of patient safety, including proper screening for MRI suitability
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
