Position Overview

As a valued member of our virtual education team, you'll work closely with educators, families, and support staff to deliver comprehensive psychological services via a secure teletherapy platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations to assess students cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans.
- Offer virtual counseling and mental health support to students as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Use data to develop and adjust student interventions and monitor progress.
- Attend virtual IEP and team meetings, sharing professional insights and recommendations.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Active Massachusetts license or certification as a School Psychologist.
- At least two years of experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
- Experience with virtual assessments and familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported).
- Must pass a brief technical screening to confirm compatibility with our virtual platform.
