Were seeking an experienced Director of Pharmacy to step into an interim leadership role at a 60-bed hospital. This position offers the opportunity to oversee all aspects of the pharmacy department, including staff management, pliance, budgeting, and purchasing.
What Were Looking For:
Proven leadership experience as a current or recent Director of Pharmacy in a hospital setting
Active Alaska Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain one quickly)
Strong knowledge of regulatory pliance, operations, and financial oversight
Ability to lead teams effectively and ensure the highest standards of patient care
