Qualifications And Desired Experience
- Minimum of 2 years recent inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
- Valid Massachusetts pharmacist license required
- Strong knowledge of hospital inpatient medication protocols and standards
- Ability to work independently during overnight shift hours
- Dispense medications accurately and timely in an inpatient hospital environment
- Monitor patient drug therapy and intervene as needed for optimal safety and efficacy
- Educate healthcare team members and patients on medication-related issues
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and institutional policies
- Collaborate with healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
