- Current and valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Recent ICU nursing experience strongly preferred
- Excellent critical thinking, assessment, and communication abilities
- Compassionate approach to high-acuity patient care
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing clinical situations
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, interpreting vital signs and promptly responding to changes in condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and advanced interventions as ordered
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, respiratory therapists, and ancillary staff to ensure coordinated care
- Provide education and support to patients and their loved ones throughout the intensive care experience
