Schedule & Hours
- Three 12-hour night shifts per week (19:00 – 07:00)
- Every other weekend required (Friday to Sunday)
- No block scheduling
- No call
- Floating to COVID unit possible
- Active Georgia or compact RN license, in hand
- TNCC certification, in hand at submission (required)
- ACLS, BLS, CPI, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
- Proficiency with EPIC charting
- Comfortable with 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratios
- Willingness and confirmed availability to work every other weekend
- Background from a Level I Trauma Center
- Experience with ventilated patients and triage
- Open to first-time travelers, though previous travel experience is preferred
- Non-trauma designated facility actively seeking trauma designation
- Treats a wide range of emergent conditions across the lifespan
- Currently in leadership reorganization to implement best practices
