Schedule
- 13-week contract
- Night shifts, 6:45pm – 7:15am
- Options for 36 or 48 hours per week
- Active RN licensure in the state of Kansas
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- TNCC certification required
- Recent experience as an RN in an Emergency Room setting
- Strong assessment, triage, and critical intervention skills
- Ability to work effectively in urgent, high-stress situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Triage and assess patients presenting with a wide variety of emergency medical concerns
- Administer medications, perform life-saving interventions, and provide continuous monitoring
- Collaborate efficiently with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat patients
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with all regulatory standards
- Deliver compassionate, clear patient and family education regarding diagnoses and care plans
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and supportive environment for patients and fellow staff
