Responsibilities
- Rapid assessment and triage of emergency patients
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
- Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and respond promptly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Uphold infection control and safety protocols
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
- Proven experience in ER nursing preferred
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- 3 twelve-hour night shifts weekly (6:45 PM 7:15 AM)
- Two positions with 36 hours/week, one position with 48 hours/week
