- Assess and treat patients presenting with a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries
- Conduct physical exams, administer medications, and perform interventions per ER protocols
- Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to manage patient care
- Document detailed and accurate medical histories and treatment plans electronically
- Monitor vital signs and recognize deteriorating patient conditions for timely escalation
- Educate patients and families on post-ER care and necessary follow-up
- Current RN licensure with experience specifically in emergency room nursing
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
- Strong clinical assessment skills and proficiency with emergency care procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
- ACLS and BLS certification required
