Director of Pharmacy Job - Idaho

Soliant seeks an Interim Director of Pharmacy for adynamic community hospital and bustling cancer center. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in pharmacy management who can effectively oversee our pharmacy team and handle the complexities of our department.

Setting:~150-Bed Community Hospital & Busy Cancer Center

Type: Interim

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Represent the pharmacy department in meetings and collaborate with other hospital departments
• Manage the pharmacy budget and purchasing processes
• Supervise and support pharmacy personnel to maintain high performance and adherence to best practices
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Active Idaho Pharmacist license required
• Minimum of 3 years of inpatient pharmacy management experience
• Proven ability to lead a sizable pharmacy team and navigate a multifaceted department
