Key Qualifications:
- Certification or licensure in Deaf/Hard of Hearing education or related field
- Experience working with K-12 students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
- Knowledge of communication methodologies such as American Sign Language (ASL), auditory-oral techniques, or other relevant modes
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement tailored instruction
- Strong collaboration skills for working with families, teachers, and support staff

Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to Deaf/Hard of Hearing students across grade levels K-12
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

- Provide guidance and training to classroom teachers and staff on Deaf/Hard of Hearing accommodations
- Coordinate with families to support student learning and communication at home
- Utilize technology and resources suited for auditory and visual learning
