- Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and functional assessments
- Support student intervention plans and MTSS frameworks
- Provide counseling and behavior support as needed
- Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators, service providers, and families
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and compliance
- Active Delaware School Psychologist licensure
- Experience in school settings is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working fully onsite across multiple grade levels
