Contract-to-Hire Pharmacist Meadville, PA

Minimum 1 years pharmacy experience required.

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join a reputable long-term care pharmacy company that operates six pharmacies across the region. This position is based at their facility in Meadville, PA, offering a great opportunity to work in a closed-door pharmacy setting.

Position Details

There are two schedule options available:

• Full-time: Flexible schedule working days, evenings, and rotating weekends
• Part-time: Flexible schedule with days, evenings, and rotating weekends
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• PV2 Checking & Verifying: Perform thorough prescription verification to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Supervision: Oversee and provide guidance to pharmacy technicians during daily operations.
• Production & Fulfillment: Ensure that production deadlines are met and prescription volume is managed efficiently to maintain the highest level of service for long-term care clients.
  
  

System

• The pharmacy utilizes Frameworks software for operations, and previous experience with this system is a plus
  
  

Licensure Requirements

• Candidates must hold an active PA Pharmacist License in good standing.
  
  

Contract Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks with the potential for a permanent position based on performance.
