Position Overview

Join our team as a contract school-based Speech-Language Pathologist in a district near Ridgecrest, California. Support students in a K-12 school setting with speech, language, and communication needs, collaborate with teachers and specialists, and deliver individualized interventions.

Pay Range

$60 75/hour (depending on experience & credentials)

Requirements

• Masters (or higher) degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• California professional SLP license issued by the California Speech?Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board (or eligibility to obtain).
• For school settings: either a valid California SLP Services Credential (issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing) OR district-approval to work under the license.
• Experience in school-based speech services preferred (assessments, IEPs, therapy in educational settings).
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, comply with special education regulations, and manage student caseload.
• Required background check / fingerprint clearance per California K-12 employment rules.
