Position Type: Full-time
Pay range: $53-$60/hr
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths, challenges, and learning needs.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).
- Facilitating and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress, interventions, and transition plans.
- Designing and delivering evidence-based interventions to promote positive behavior, academic success, and overall well-being.
Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Valid (or pending)license or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Proficient in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting assessment results.
- Experience as a school psychologist in school setting preferred.
- Sound knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Strong understanding of various behavioral intervention strategies and positive behavior support systems.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Open to SAIF candidates
