We’ve experienced strong growth over the past 18 months and are looking for dependable team members to grow with us.
Current Need (Important)
We are currently short-staffed for overnight pet sitting due to a recent team change.
This is our highest priority role, especially heading into holidays and summer 2026.
Overnight Pet Sitting (Primary Need)
- Arrive at client homes in the evening (around 7–8 PM)
- Complete evening care routine (~30 minutes)
- Stay overnight in the home
- Complete morning routine before leaving (around 7 AM)
- Midday visits can be covered by our team if you have other commitments
This role works great alongside:
- College schedules
- Part-time or full-time jobs
- Flexible lifestyles
Pet Sitting (Day Visits)
- Typically 3 visits per day (morning, midday, evening)
- Care for 1–3 households at a time depending on availability
- Flexible scheduling – you choose what you can take on
Dog Walking (Secondary Need)
- Midday hours (approx. 10 AM – 2 PM)
- 20–30 minute walks per client
- Opportunity to build a consistent route over time
What We’re Looking For
- Responsible, self-motivated, and reliable
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong awareness of animal behavior and safety
- Able to handle unexpected situations calmly
- Willing to learn and grow within a structured system
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must live locally (Fayetteville / Springdale area year-round)
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience with pets preferred
- Experience with administering medications is a plus
Pay & Growth
