This is a high-income sales position for top performers. We offer a base salary, uncapped commission, paid medical, PTO, and 401K.
This role is pivotal in shaping business strategies that enhance client acquisition, retention, and revenue performance within the Greater Phoenix Market.
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and maintaining business relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders to maximize account performance.
- Promote and manage sales activity and pipeline
- Cultivate strong relationships with contractors and subcontractors
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize client conversion and penetration in market.
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate client acquisition strategies.
