Behavioral Health Technician

Pay: $18-20/hr.

From scheduling an admission date to acquainting individuals with the campus and everything in between, patients are supported by our team of compassionate employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night
- Conduct routine room checks and maintain accurate documentation
- Support residents in adhering to their treatment plans and facility rules
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff and participate in shift change reports
- Maintain a clean, structured, and therapeutic environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in behavioral health, residential care, or similar setting is a plus
- Ability to remain alert and responsive during overnight hours
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
