YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Resolves escalated Tier-3 incidents, provides deployment support, and assists in operational transitions.
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills, and Abilities:

• ITIL Intermediate
• Troubleshooting Expertise
• Possesses 4 years of directly-related professional work experience with an Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field (such as: Computer Science, IT Management, Engineering, Data Science); or possesses an advanced degree in a related field and 4 years of directly-related professional work experience.
