YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee operational workflows, manage support staff, and ensure SLA compliance for Tier-2 operations
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills, and Abilities:

• ITIL Expert
• PMP
• Possesses 6 years of directly-related professional work experience with an Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field (such as: Computer Science, IT Management, Engineering, Data Science); or possesses an advanced degree in a related field and 4 years of directly-related professional work experience.
